  • Administrative assistant

    As an administrative assistant, you perform various tasks every day. You answer phone calls, process mail, handle emails, write letters, maintain files, schedule appointments, check forms, and archive documents. Clearly, you're a multitasker.

    Being able to maintain order and overview is a must for an administrative assistant. Your colleagues and managers rely on you to store documents in a place where they can be quickly retrieved. It's also important that you can organize your own work efficiently.

    Excellent written communication skills are essential. A broad vocabulary, correct grammar, and good spelling are required. As an administrative assistant, you’ll prepare letters, take notes during meetings, and summarize relevant information.

    You’ll also be responsible for neatly scheduling appointments for your colleagues, managing and archiving the flow of forms in the office.

    Moreover, you're often an indispensable link in invoice administration, accounts receivable management, and procurement administration.
